Kelly Convirs-Fowler

Kelly Convirs-Fowler is a mother, advocate, and policy-maker with deep roots in the Virginia Beach community. As a lifelong resident, she understands the challenges her constituents face because she has experienced many of them herself.

As Delegate, she is guided by the belief that the core responsibility of elected officials is to improve the lives of their constituents — all people. That commitment drives her campaign for re-election, as she continues to work for a stronger, more inclusive future for the community she proudly calls home.
