LGBT Democrats of Virginia to Host First Equality Breakfast
The LGBT Democrats of Virginia are hosting their first Equality Breakfast in conjunction with the June meeting of the State Central Committee of the Democratic Party of Virginia in Richmond from 8:30 am to 10:00 am on June 29th at the Richmond Convention Center.
Update: Senator Tim Kaine will be the keynote speaker for the breakfast!
Two awards will be given at the breakfast: The First Annual Mark R. Warner Political Leadership Award and the Democratic Community Action Award.
Invited special guests include Senator Mark Warner, Senator Tim Kaine, State Senator Adam Ebbin, State Senator Donald McEachin, Terry McAuliffe, Senator Ralph Northam, and Senator Mark Herring.
Tickets to the breakfast are $50 if purchased online prior to the event, and $65 the day of the breakfast. Sponsorship opportunities are available and more information on sponsorships can be requested from Maggie Sacra, Chair of LGBT Democrats of Virginia, via email.
