Dawn Adams

Dr. Dawn M. Adams is currently the Delegate for House district 68 serving Richmond City, Northern Chesterfield and Henrico. She is a nurse practitioner with over 30 years of diverse healthcare experience and has worked both clinically and as an administrator and educator. Formerly the Director for the Office of Integrated Health at the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, and adjunct professor at Old Dominion University, she taught health policy to students in the doctorate nursing program. She currently is a small business owner who lives in Richmond with her partner of 16 years Maggie, two therapy Shih-Tzus and Norwegian Forest cat.
