Blaizen Bloom

Blaizen Buckshot Bloom is an environmental scientist with an international background in research. Blaizen has performed research on policy interventions from as far away as Grenada to as close to home as Norfolk, seeking to find pathways with local stakeholders that ensure the needs of all are addressed. As Conservation Director, Blaizen will utilize their experience to expand the Board’s existing efforts with community members to prepare Chesapeake and Virginia Beach for the next generation of young, diverse farmers from across the region to continue sustainable farming practices.
