Jeff Bourne

A proud resident of Richmond and a former Richmond City School Board member, Jeff was elected to represent the 71st District in 2017. Throughout his time in the General Assembly, Jeff has championed education, environmental protection, criminal justice reform, and housing equality. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Public Safety committee and as a member of the Courts of Justice, Labor and Commerce, and Education committees.

Jeff is a proud father to Sydney and Joseph, who are in the 8th and 4th grades. He and his wife Anedra recently celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary. Jeff earned both his B.A. and J.D. at the College of William & Mary and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
