Rachel Levy is an educator, mother of three, and community leader with a PhD in educational leadership and policy. Rachel ran in 2021 for the Virginia House of Delegates 55th District seat and increased Democratic voter turnout by 30%. She is running again for the newly drawn 59th House of Delegates District. Her campaign slogan is #RachelRunsforUs because she believes that the people of the 59th District deserve independent, competent, responsive, and service-oriented representation, no matter who they are or how they vote. Rachel lives in the Town of Ashland with her husband and children.
